NMR is arguably the most powerful spectroscopic tools available for the study of different forms of mater including liquids, solids, and semi-solids.  Environmental samples, including (water, soil, plant materials, etc...) are among the most complex and challenging chemical systems to study. In the Agricultural and Environmental Applications of NMR Spectroscopy symposium (PT/EN), research on how NMR methodologies are being developed and applied to improve our understanding of contemporary environmental and agricultural problems will be presented.
